  All staff were friendly and sociable, the room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were great. Even better, the restaurant served both Western and Thai food.

  Once again it is the touring motorcyclist that stays in "mom & pop" establishments. This time it is the Magnuson Hotel. Shouldn't it be named the Magnuson Motel? Oh well. Down to the review: 2 people, $107 was a bit steep but the room was spotlessly clean. Quiet. Beds were top notch and clean of course. Bathroom was also clean but the shower water pressure was low. Neat water garden feature in the centre court that I relaxed in with my touring buddy. Hot breakfast with ONE egg! Not a buffet breakfast but it is served to you with some choices so that saves money. Would stay here again.

  Just staying 2 nights and very impressed! Updated and done very well! Made to order breakfast off a condensed menu but was terrific! Staff very friendly and efficient. If I had a complaint - it would be the pillows! But all in all a terrific little motel in Creston!!

  The price as is should be a little cheaper. The bed was comfortable. The free breakfast is good. BUT. It is old and they need new furniture. Our sink in bathroom was plugged with something. Not sure if we would stay there again. They would have to upgrade first.

  If not for the overwhelming smell of cleaner, for which I had to keep the windows open for a long time to vent, I would have given the place 5 stars.

  We were originally headed for the Ramada, but passed by the Magnuson Hotel enroute and seeing that it looked well-kept and had a restaurant, we decided to take a chance.

  Very well cared for. Much nicer rooms and restaurant than I was expecting for the price
