  Customer service was awful! Stayed for one night on business and the receptionist cursed at me because my company didn't send correct Information on time. Rather than being accommodating and friendly he was angry and verbally upset with me for circumstances out of my controll. And my room had no heat! Had to be dialed in manually by the receptionist who informed me many times that my room would have be warm if this F****** joke Hadn't happend and I had MY s*** together. I offered to leave and stay somewhere but he "insisted" I stay. The room was dated and dinjy. Great value for the price I suppose but I'm not staying here again.

  This place was perfect for a no-fuss overnight stop on the highway, at a great price. The location is close to many area restaurants and coffee shops for the morning after. And the hot tub was a great added bonus.

  Stayed two nights. Clean rooms and whirlpool, lovely being right downtown. Great coffee right across the street. And having the locals tips helped get us back on the road. I would recommend the stay!

  When I first booked online, I accidentally booked the wrong date and after a couple of phone calls, the owner was able to switch the dates for me for no extra charge. The hotel and room was nice and cozy, a little rustic and older but very welcoming. I recommend booking via phone instead of online though.

  Very nice. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Good Value. Friendly owner. I would go back.
